A company is looking for a Director of Capabilities - Access &
Reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Design the strategy for patient support and affordability
capabilities for 20 Amgen brands
Lead the team managing copay and FRS programs across the medical
benefit portfolio
Establish vendor-partner relationships to innovate and enhance
patient support experiences
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 4 years or Master's degree with 8 years or
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience
4 years of managerial experience directly managing a team
5 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry,
particularly in marketing or compliance
Experience leading cross-functional project teams
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage
projects from concept to completion
