Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Associate to provide
general compliance support and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer KYC activities and maintain the BSA Program under the
direction of the BSA Officer
Document internal workflows, administer compliance training, and
respond to internal client inquiries
Prepare compliance reports and due diligence requests for banking
partners and regulators
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant work experience in the financial services
industry, preferably in a Fintech startup
Experience supporting compliance programs in a financial services
organization
Knowledge of AML/BSA regulations and experience investigating
suspicious activities
Familiarity with governance tools for SOC 2 compliance
CAMS certification preferred
