Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound sales support by sharing expertise on products and
services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
Assist customers with inquiries regarding coverage, rates, billing
issues, and policy reviews while promoting additional products
Support customers involved in accidents by setting up new claim
reports and demonstrating empathy
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years
post-secondary education
Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
Property & Casualty license required for sales positions, with the
opportunity to gain it during training
Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
Designated workspace and high-speed internet required for remote
work
