_*Core Dermatology*_ is seeking an experienced and dynamic *Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) *in our Eastern Iowa (Davenport, Muscatine, Clinton) locations. This position will provide dermatologic care for a wide variety of patients and skin conditions.*Job Duties:** Conducts general dermatology consultations and examinations for conditions such as rashes, mole checks and skin tag removal, lesions, acne and skin care, wound care, etc.* Performs minor surgical procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, suturing, etc.* Assesses patient health status, including state of wellness.* Orders and interprets tests and writes prescriptions.* May also provide laser treatments and workup, including treatment for veins, hair, tattoos, pigmented lesions, etc.* Ensures compliance with care plans and determining appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.* Provides education to patients and families as appropriate and provides continuity of care.*Requirements:** Current Illinois licensure as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or eligible to obtain* Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)* 2+ years as a PA or NP preferred* Dermatology experience preferred*Benefits:** Health Insurance* Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* Life Insurance* Short- and Long-Term Disability* 401(k) retirement plan Safe Harbor with Employer Match* Malpractice insurance* Paid time off* Paid holidays* CME allowance* Generous bonus structure*About Core Dermatology:*At Core Dermatology, our mission is to empower healthier lives by delivering exceptional dermatological care.We understand the transformative power of healthy skin.
