A company is looking for a Managing Counsel, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Legal & Compliance Enterprise team in AMER and support
the business strategy
Oversee commercial contracting needs, focusing on government
contracts, and mentor team members
Provide legal counsel on various matters and educate business teams
on contractual issues
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant legal practice experience
Currently admitted to practice as an attorney in good standing with
at least one state bar
Experience in contract negotiation, especially in complex
government transactions
5+ years of team leadership experience managing a team of 3+
people
Fluency in English
