Job Description:
A company is looking for a New York Licensed Attorney with
Lawyers' Professional Liability Experience (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, and legal
correspondence
Handle all aspects of discovery, hearings, and trial
preparation
Communicate clearly in both oral and written formats
Required Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing in New York
J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven
setting
Outstanding references
Must be located in or near New York state
