Job Description:
A company is looking for a District Manager to oversee a
portfolio of stores and lead a team of General Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team to meet
business goals
Monitor performance and ensure consistent results across all
initiatives
Identify product performance themes and create merchandising plans
to enhance sales
Required Qualifications
College degree preferred
3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume business leadership experience
preferred
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to travel between stores as needed
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
