In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing a diverse patient population, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care. -Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
  • Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Document patient progress and care activities.Qualifications:
    • Active IL RN License.
    • 2+ years of recent Med Surge experience.
    • BLS certification required.
