Seeking a BE/BC physician interested in Geriatrics to join a Senior Health team in Peoria, Illinois. Details For this Opportunity: -Full-time and part-time positions available -Fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine not required; Family Medicine or Internal Medicine candidates with a strong interest/experience in Geriatrics are welcome to apply -Join an experienced team of Physician and Advance Practice Providers supported by clinic support staff: 1 RN and 1 Patient Service Rep -EPIC EMR -Nursing home admissions and rounding -Opportunity available for Medical Directorship of three areas Nursing Homes for additional stipend related to the Medical Directorship responsibilities -Average patients/day: 10 -Call schedule requirement: 5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phone -Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with 100% tail insurance covered -Not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility -Competitive salary with full and comprehensive benefits package
