Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Admissions for its
Substance Use Disorder Digital Care Program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor Admissions Department staff while overseeing
their work and training
Directly admit new members using Motivational Interviewing
techniques
Track and improve the admissions funnel and conversion rates
through data analysis and process enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field
Certified or licensed as a Behavioral Health Qualified Health
Professional or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Experience with EHRs and/or CRMs, and building admissions
processes
Intermediate-level proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
