Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager Lead-AVP-L&A.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project/program plans for life and
annuity projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide
regular project updates
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and manage project
budgets effectively
Required Qualifications:
BS degree with 10-17 years of experience managing technology
projects/programs
Proven experience as a Program Manager in life insurance and
annuity products
Agile/Scrum certification and/or PMI certification preferred
In-depth understanding of industry regulations and best
practices
Proficiency in project management software and tools
