Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Operations & Support Engineer -
SRE.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incident and escalation processes for the platform
Diagnose and troubleshoot service incidents and outages
Maintain and evolve the multi-tenant infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
Experience with infrastructure management and operations
Good working knowledge of Linux, Docker, and the LAMP stack
Experience with AWS Cloud services
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab CI
Experience with application performance monitoring tools like
Datadog or New Relic
