Job Description:
A company is looking for an E/M Medical Coder.
Key Responsibilities:
Review patient medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT,
and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and treatments
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with insurance and regulatory
guidelines (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA)
Submit coded claims to insurance companies and follow up on denials
or discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
E/M Coding experience for both Pro-Fee & Facility charges
Infusions & Injections experience
Coding certification
